Intelligent character recognition is the technology built into PaperCast that allows us to convert handwriting into searchable, usable metadata. That means the notion of long, complex, and error-prone naming conventions is a thing of the past.
PaperCast will be presenting at Tech Day LA on September 29th, 2021. Please join us at the REEF, 1933 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90007 between 10 am and 5 pm. Stop by and see us for a free demonstration and to see how we could help you start saving time and increase efficiency in the office today.
ArchiveIT announces a partnership with document management software PaperCast. ArchiveIT is a full-service business records management company located in Torrance, CA that specializes in helping companies “right size” their record footprint with a combination of box storage, document scanning, and shredding.
Any file that is scanned or uploaded into Papercast goes through an OCR (optical character recognition) AI processing and becomes searchable. If your documents were residing in a large cloud-based database (like Dropbox) or locally on your device, you would only be able to search by file name.
PaperCast started with Archive IT, a record consolidation company based out of Torrance, CA. In operation for over 17 years, Guy and ArchiveIT started with mainly servicing the escrow and real estate industries, but upon increased demand expanded into a variety of industries.
